      The Governors of the school are keen to appoint individuals with the necessary experience knowledge and skills to the following positions:

      • Lunchtime Supervisors (part-time ten hours per week - term time only)

        The Governing body are seeking to appoint ancillary staff, with the requisite experience, knowledge, and skills to the following posts:

        • Cleaner Vacancy

          Job description

          Hours – 12.5 hours per week (3:30pm-6pm Mon-Fri)

          Pay - £9.60 per hour

          Job Purpose.
          •Ensuring that the people of Gwynedd are central to everything that we do.
          •To undertake, as part of a team, the cleaning of designated areas within the school premises to ensure that they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.

          Responsibility for Resources. . e.e. staff, budget, equipment
          •Equipment

          Main Duties. .
          •Cleaning, washing, sweeping and vacuum cleaning.
          •Emptying litter and re-cycling bins.
          •Polishing and dusting of designated areas including furniture and fixtures.
          •Cleaning toilets and shower areas, replenish toilet paper and soap.
          •There is a requirement, when appropriate, to use powered equipment.
          •The duties may vary between terms and school closure periods.
          •There will, on occasions, be a requirement for you to move between areas.
          •Responsibility for self development.
          •Ensuring compliance with the rules for Health and Safety in the workplace as defined in the Health and Safety in the Workplace Act 1974 and the Council’s Health and Safety Policy.
          •Complying with the Council’s Equal Opportunity and Equality policies.
          •Responsibility for managing information in accordance with the Council’s standards and guidelines. Ensuring that personal information is treated in accordance with Data Protection legislation
          •Commitment to reduce the Council’s carbon emissions in accordance with the Carbon Management Plan and to encourage others to work positively towards reducing the Council’s carbon footprint.
          •Undertake any other reasonable duties relevant to the nature and scale of the post, in accordance with reasonable requests from the Line Manager
          •Responsibility to report any worry or suspicion that a child or vulnerable adult is being abused

          •Cyfrifoldeb am reoli gwybodaeth yn unol â safonau a chanllawiau rheoli gwybodaeth y Cyngor. Sicrhau bod gwybodaeth bersonol yn cael ei thrin mewn cydymffurfiaeth â deddfwriaeth Diogelu Data.
          •Ymrwymiad i leihau allyriadau carbon y Cyngor yn unol â’r Cynllun Rheoli Carbon ac i annog eraill i weithredu’n gadarnhaol tuag at leihau ôl-troed carbon y Cyngor.
          •Ymgymryd ag unrhyw ddyletswydd arall cyfatebol a rhesymol sy’n cyd-fynd â lefel cyflog a lefel cyfrifoldeb y swydd.
